With our UK tour organisation package we organise every aspect of your tour for you, but we don’t provide a tour manager to come with you. If you pick this package, the first step is for us to discuss what you hope to gain from the tour and plan an approximate route.

We then get in touch with our venue and promoter contacts and magic together a tour for you! Then we sort out all the dull stuff such as van hire and put all of the information together in a comprehensive tour handbook to guide you. You just need to turn up on day 1 of the tour and you will have everything you need to set off!

This package costs £600 flat fee (regardless of tour length) + £50 per show. For example, a 9 day tour (7 gigs) would cost £950, a 14 day tour (12 gigs) would cost £1200. You will also need to have around £1000 available to fund the logistics of the tour such as van hire, petrol, accommodation etc. It is worth bearing in mind that you are likely to generate income from merchandise sales and busking whilst on tour, so you will recover some of this money. You will require very little spending money on tour as most venues provide food and drink. We will also try our best to get you fees and free accommodation wherever possible.

What’s included?

• We will organise the tour for you – securing gigs in various cities
• We will sort out your transport and other logistics e.g. van hire, but you will need to pay for these items
• Free food, beer and a place to sleep will be provided wherever possible
• We will promote the gig for you both online and by sending posters to the venues. This is important for getting people along to the gig but also to get you in the good books with the venue or promoter! We will also make sure that local radio stations, ‘what’s on’ guides, bloggers and music lovers know that you’re coming to town.

What’s not included?

• With this package you are paying for us to organise the tour. You will need to pay for all logistical costs such as van hire and petrol. We can provide you with detailed estimated costs for these items to help you plan your finances
• Hotels, food and drink is not necessarily included with gig bookings, but we will do our best
• It is not essential, but it is highly recommended that you take a small PA system and sound engineer with you on tour in case of any technical problems at the gigs
• If you are traveling from outside of the EU you will need complete your own visa applications.

Tour manager

If you would like us to provide you with a tour manager to accompany you on the tour we can do so. Our tour managers charge £80 per day whilst touring plus £50 per day for travel days. So, for a 7 gig tour a tour manager would cost 7 x £80 (gig days) + 2x £50 (travel days) = £660.
