Every year we get asked by a lot of bands to help them get shows at festivals. With this in mind we got busy creating a database of our festival contacts and now have over 440 UK festivals listed! We offer several packages for bands to submit to these festivals. For further information you can email us - info@kissmyfacemusic.co.uk.

Postal campaigns

Each year we send out two postal packs to festivals – one in December and one in April. These packs go out to 200 of the 440+ festivals we are in contact with as not all of them accept postal submissions. You can be part of a postal campaign in a number of ways:

Have a track on the compilation CD. The packs contain a compilation CD showcasing a selection of artists for the festival to consider. The cost of adding your track to the CD is £175. This fee is to cover our costs involved with creating the CD, producing the artwork and distributing it to the festival offices. If you can’t afford this option, you can submit an application for a bursary (see notes below).

Submit your CD. If you would like us to distribute your existing promotional CD in our packs we charge £195 for this service. We charge more for this service because the weight of the additional CDs significantly raises the price of our postage.

Submit some artwork. If you would like us to distribute your existing artwork (e.g. band stickers, posters flyers etc)  in our packs we charge £95 for this service. We can also organise printing for you if required. Please ask us if you want a print quote.

Email only campaigns

We offer two options for email campaigns.

• Group email to festivals. We send out an email to all 440+ festivals letting them know about a selection of recommended bands complete with photo, biog and link. We charge £95 for this service.
• Dedicated HTML email to festivals. We can design and send an email about your band only to all 440+ festivals. This can include multiple images, embedded videos, detailed biog and links to all of your websites and social networks. We charge £250 for this service, but can reduce this to £195 if you are able to design your own HTML email.

Email and postal campaigns

If you decide to opt for both an email and postal campaign we can deduct 20% from the overall cost.

Bursaries

It costs $15 (approx £9.50) to apply for a bursary.

You can apply for a bursary via music xray.

We guarantee to listen to all of the tracks submitted for a bursary. We will pick our favourite submissions to be included on the compilation CD. If you are successful your song will be included on the CD and you will not have to pay the outstanding £165. If you are not successful your submission fee will not be refunded.
